Terms and Conditions for the Cannabis Auction – C-Medical

1. Eligibility and Registration
   Participation in the auction is strictly reserved for businesses and individuals holding a valid Health Canada license for the purchase and sale of cannabis.
   Proof of a valid license must be provided before bidding.
   C-Medical reserves the right to refuse or ban any user without justification.

2. Operation of the Auction
   A bid placed is a firm and irrevocable commitment to purchase the lot if you are the winning bidder.
   The buyer is solely responsible for reviewing the analyses and certificates attached to each lot before bidding. No claims can be made after the purchase.
   C-Medical does not guarantee the quality or compliance of the products beyond the information provided.

3. Deposit and Payment
   A deposit of 10% of the total amount is required within 24 hours after the auction ends.
   Full payment for the lot is required within 7 days after the auction ends.
   No financing is offered.
   In case the deposit is not paid within 24 hours, the buyer will be banned from the platform and the lot will be:
   • Offered to the second highest bidder, at C-Medical’s discretion, or
   • Resold at the next auction.

4. Delivery and Transport
   Transport is the responsibility of the customer.
   Lots will be shipped only to the address associated with the buyer’s Health Canada license.
   C-Medical disclaims any liability for delivery delays caused by errors in the information provided by the buyer.

5. Specific Product Conditions
   Irradiation is not included in the price of the lots. If you require irradiation, it can be performed for an additional cost. Please contact us for further details before your purchase.

6. Account Security and Responsibility
   Sharing your account access is strictly prohibited.
   You are fully responsible for any purchase made through your account.
   Any fraudulent activity or misuse will result in immediate and permanent banning.

7. Cancellation and Force Majeure
   C-Medical reserves the right to cancel an auction or a lot in the event of a technical problem, a manifest error, detected fraud, or force majeure.
   In the event of a cancellation by C-Medical, any deposited funds will be refunded to the buyer.
   No refund or return is accepted after the purchase of a lot.

8. Application of the Terms
   Participation in the auction implies unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
   C-Medical reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.
